Création et cohésion d’équipe lors d’un séminaire au Puy du Fou
C’est dans une ambiance détendue et conviviale que Nathalie Perié a accueilli les salariés de Système U au Puy du Fou pour une team building artistique. À l’occasion d’un séminaire interne annuel, Nathalie Perié a organisé un team building artistique pour stimuler et libérer la créativité des 50 salariés avec un projet qui avait du sens pour l’histoire du groupe. Lors de l’animation de 2 heures, chaque équipe a dessiné et peint à l’échelle une partie de l’œuvre sans connaître le visuel final. Chacun a écrit l’histoire de la société. Une dizaine de groupes a été constituée pour créer un morceau de la
fresque. Venus de la France entière, les salariés ont réalisé une fresque de 2,6 m sur 1,80 m. La fresque a été dévoilée le soir lors d’un cocktail.

Ce challenge artistique, basé sur la culture d’entreprise a permis de gagner en confiance et en performance… Les collaborateurs se sont découverts et ont partagé leurs expériences. Ils ont été accompagnés par plusieurs artistes peintres professionnels dynamiques et pédagogues, qui les ont guidés au cour de cet atelier artistique.
