Team Building Artistique de Vinci Energies : création d’une fresque collective
Les 230 salariés de Vinci Energies se sont donnés rendez-vous au Westotel de la Chapelle sur Erdre pour un team building artistique lors de leur Christmas party. Noël, quelle belle occasion pour rassembler les équipes et retrouver l’esprit d’équipe ! Lors d’une très belle soirée cocktail, casino, Vinci avait opté pour un team building artistique, un atelier libre au cours du cocktail. Entre deux discussions et deux petits fours, les salariés étaient libres de peindre et d’agrémenter la fresque collective de leur touche personnelle.

Dans une ambiance détendue et conviviale, Les 230 salariés de Vinci Energies ont sur stimuler et libérer la créativité avec ce projet de fin d’année. Ce challenge artistique, basé sur la culture d’entreprise a permis de gagner en confiance et en performance…ils ont osé sortir du cadre ! Ils ont été accompagnés d’artistes peintres professionnels dynamiques et pédagogues tout au long de la soirée, qui ont été là pour leur faire partager leur passion en les poussant à s’exprimer tout en étant attaché à un rendu esthétique.
Cette œuvre collective de 2m x 1m décore aujourd’hui leurs locaux et renforce le sentiment d’appartenance à l’entreprise !
