Team Building artistique par Artist’Team
A l’occasion de 50 ans, Tipiak a réuni 150 de ses employés à la CCI de Nantes pour un séminaire suivi d’un Team Building artistique organisé par Artist’Team. 4 professionnels de la peinture étaient présents pour encadrer les 150 participants. Au programme de la matinée, 2H de peinture en petits groupes de 5 pour créer une fresque collective aux couleurs de l’entreprise.
Suite à un brainstorming pour s’imprégner de la culture de la société, Nathalie
Perié a créé une maquette personnalisée reprenant le savoir faire et les valeurs de Tipiak. Lors de l’animation de 2 heures, chaque équipe a dessiné et peint à l’échelle une partie de l’œuvre sans connaître le visuel final. Chacun a écrit l’histoire de la société. Un sentiment d’appartenance et de cohésion est né à travers cette œuvre géante qui restera ancrée dans les mémoires comme dans les locaux. Chaque équipe était soigneusement constituée pour faire des rencontres professionnelles, tisser des liens, faire des découvertes.
Quel plaisir de lire sur le visage des salariés la fierté à la découverte de la fresque ! Le team building artistique a été suivi d’un séminaire et la découverte de la fresque a clôturé la journée.
